These images are a small selection picked from an extensive collection of slides taken mostly by Mr Brian Goulding, an aviation historian and co-author of the book series Lancaster At War

​

Other images were taken by Tony Goulding himself, who served 28 years in the RAF. The pictures featured are not air display imagery but of working aircraft on working RAF stations both in the UK and overseas, adding to their authentic mood.
